Google API Services — Limited Use

TalkAndText.ai (operated by XROI LLC d/b/a Talk and Text) connects to Google Workspace APIs, including Google Calendar, so that businesses can automate appointment scheduling. Our access to and handling of data received through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What This Means

In accordance with the Limited Use requirements, TalkAndText.ai does not:

• Sell data received from Google Workspace APIs.
• Use or transfer that data for serving advertisements.
• Transfer or disclose that data to third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve the appointment-scheduling feature for the user who granted access, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with appropriate notice.
• Use that data to develop, improve, or train generalized and/or non-personalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
• Allow humans to read that data, except where we obtain the user's affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security purposes, it is required to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

We request only the minimum scopes needed to check calendar availability and to create, update, and cancel the appointment events we book on the user's behalf. Users can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from their dashboard settings, or revoke access directly from their Google Account permissions page.
