About This Program
TalkAndText.ai gives local businesses — salons, barbershops, auto detailers, contractors, and similar service providers — a dedicated phone number their customers can call or text to book or manage appointments. When a customer contacts that number, the system books the appointment and sends back a transactional SMS confirmation. All messages are customer-initiated and appointment-related.
How Opt-In Works
When a customer calls or texts a TalkAndText.ai business number, that action is the opt-in event. The customer initiates the contact to request an appointment — the SMS reply is a direct, transactional response to that request. No outbound messages are ever sent unless the customer first initiated contact.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for contact information and assistance.
